It is the responsibility of the person(s) who is hiring the bouncy castle to ensure that no damage is caused to the inflatable/bouncy castle, and to ensure that all steps are taken to avoid injury to persons using the bouncy castle/ inflatable's. |

THE FOLLOWING SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND BOOKING CONDITIONS MUST BE ADHERED TO: |
|
No persons over the age of 12 years are to use the bouncy castle. Under NO circumstances are adults to use the bouncy castle.
No food, drinks or any product likely to be dangerous or dirty to be permitted on or near the bouncy castle. NOTE: There will be a charge of 50 to be incurred by the hirer for cleaning if the bouncy castle is collected in a dirty condition.

All shoes, jewellery and anything sharp must be removed before using the bouncy castle/inflatable.
No face paints, streamers, sprays or party poppers to be permitted on or near the bouncy castle.

Under NO circumstances are children permitted to operate the unit.
Always ensure that the castle is not overcrowded no more than 6 children at a time should be on the castle. Try to avoid allowing small children on at the same time as bigger children.
Children are not to be permitted to push, collide, fight or behave in a boisterous manner or any manner likely to cause distress or injury to themselves or others. No somersaults permitted.

Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front step as this is dangerous. The step is there to assist people getting on and off of the castle.
No pets, toys, sharp objects permitted on the castle.
Please ensure nobody with a history of illness of neck, back, joint problems etc., to use the bouncy castle or any child that is feeling unwell.
No one is to be on the unit whilst it is being inflated or deflated.

No signs or banners to be taped/glued to castle.

|
The inflatable should not be used if the jumping area becomes wet. Rain cover must be attached as soon as it starts to rain. Unit should not be used whilst it is raining. Castle may be re inflated and used after rain provided the jumping area is not wet. If jumping area is slightly wet or there are some bubbles this can be wiped with a towel to continue safe use of the castle.
In the event the blower stops working please ensure all users get off the castle immediately.

Make sure nothing is obstructing the blower or that the blower tub has not become detached.
In the event the lower loses power or over heats, switch off at the mains and switch back on in 1 to 2 minutes blower should now be fine. If the blower does not restart please inform us immediately.
Do NOT move this unit from where it has been set up. Never use a unit anywhere near a swimming pool.

INSURANCE Public Liability insurance is in place should Billy Bunters be in anyway negligent in the set up of units or should any equipment be in anyway responsible for any injuries due to faults in the equipment or during the set up process. Billy Bunters bouncing castle ire or its owners are NOT responsible for the actions of he children using the inflatable/ bouncy castle. The person hiring the unit from Billy Bunters should be aware that insurance through the house policy is recommended to insure all children using the inflatable/ bouncy castle.

DISCLAIMER Please note all persons using the inflatable/bouncy castle do so at their own risk.
The person(s) or organization hiring the inflatable/ bouncy castle equipment will be responsible for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use of the unit.

These guidelines are for the safety of all users and it is the hirers responsibility to ensure that these rules are adhered to at all times. Billy Bunters cannot accept responsibility for any injury caused to anybody using this equipment.
I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions of use as above. I am aware that while in my care I am fully responsible for the children using it and the inflatable/bouncy castle itself. I will pay for any loss or damage that may occur this includes the inflatable being returned in an unacceptable condition i.e., if it is I a dirty or muddy condition. I will be expected to pay an additional 50 cleaning charge. I hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions listed above.
