Q. How do I Book A Castle?

You can Book one of our castles by calling us at 045-531909/ 086-0611024. Or you can email us at info@billybunters.net

Q. Can I Hire the castle for more than one day?

Yes you can hire the castle for more than one day at a discounted price but only by prior arrangement. Blowers must be unplugged and taken indoors at night .

Q. How and when do I pay for castle?

Payment to be made on delivery of the Castle. We only accept cash payments

Q. Are Your units clean?

Yes all of our bouncy castles are clean. We ensure children are playing in a hygienic, healthy, safe castle.

Q. How much space will I need for the castle?

See sizes beside each of our castles you will need this space plus 2ft each side of the castle more if there is a slide attached ,for staking down, 3ft to the back of the castle to accommodate the blower and 3ft to the front of the castle for safety.

Q. How much will it cost to run

It costs around € 2.50 a day to run.

Q. How long will it take to set up/dismantle?

It will take about 15 minutes

Q. What happens if it rains during use of castle?

All persons must be removed from castle, blower should be plugged out and covered or taken indoors if really bad rain. If weather improves castle can be re inflated

Q. Why is an adult required at all times to supervise castle?

Inflatable's that are used correctly are very safe. Improper use by the occupants such as climbing, running into each other, climbing the sides and horseplay can lead to serious injury. It is important that a responsible adult be in charge of an inflatable at all times to ensure that all safety rules are followed to prevent injury.

Q. Can the bouncy castles be set up indoors?

Our bouncy castles can be set up indoors in a large area with ventilation and enough height to accommodate the castle.

Q. What does your public liability insurance cover?

Our public liability covers injuries caused by malfunction of unit or improper installation. It does not cover you for improper use or boisterous behavior. Adult supervision is required at all times. We will not be held personally responsible for any injuries. A correct use of equipment form must be signed prior to hire. You can arrange Additional personal injury cover through your home insurance.
